Design
A new design this season, our ladies' polo shirts are shaped for a more flattering silhouette, with pretty and feminine detailing. Our classic ladies' tees follow the same lines, cut carefully for a universally flattering fit. In a range of soft colours that reflect the salt-bleached, sun-washed hues around us here in Devon, all Quba t-shirts and polos are given a gently 'lived-in' look and supremely comfortable handle by pre-washing and brushing processes. Our short-sleeved tees and polos also feature distinctive, nautically inspired detailing, from in-house designed graphics to delicate embroidery and tiny embossed buttons.
Production
Each tee and polo shirt undergoes a series of pre-treatments, from careful laundering to brushing and (in some cases) special fading techniques; we recently added a further step to the manufacturing process to ensure that all our jersey garments are now double-laundered for softness. Produced to Quba's exact specifications, each garment is carefully constructed and then enhanced with our signature detail; the vintage-inspired graphics are hand-painted by two highly talented artists. Every item is then checked for quality before being packaged and sold.
Materials
Quba ladies' t-shirts are made from the best quality pure cotton jersey available, while our polo shirts are made from a beautiful slub pique cotton. Having been through our rigorous pre-laundering and brushing processes, each garment must achieve the highest standards of softness and comfort. As ever, Quba detailing gives every tee and polo its own individual character; graphics and embroidered motifs are all designed in-house, and items such as buttons are sourced with great care.
