Design
Practical, pretty and easy to wear, our hoodies and sweat tops remain a modern wardrobe essential. Specially designed to give a flattering but comfortable fit, Quba ladies' hoodies come in a wide spectrum of seasonal colours and a variety of interesting fabrics, pre-washed for softness and a gently 'lived-in' look. Many of our hoodies and sweats feature hand-painted graphics, for which the design team drew inspiration from the typefaces and images used on vintage nautical packaging. Handy, comfortable and designed to continue improving with wear, our hoodies and sweats are sure to become firm favourites.
Design
Each of our hoodies and sweats must undergo a series of pre-treatments, from careful laundering to brushing and (in some cases) special fading techniques; we recently added a further step to the manufacturing process to ensure that all our jersey garments are now double-laundered for softness. Produced to our designers' exact specifications, each of our hoodies and sweats is then enhanced with just the right amount of detail; the vintage-inspired graphics are hand-painted by two highly talented artists. Every garment is then checked for quality before being packaged and sold.
Materials
Finding the best quality cotton and cotton-blend jersey for our hoodies and sweats is of the utmost importance. Having been through our rigorous pre-laundering and brushing processes, each garment must achieve the highest standards of softness and comfort, whether it is a heavier-weight jersey winter sweat or a lighter summer hoodie. As ever, subtle detailing lifts these garments out of the ordinary; tiny appliquéd logo patches on hood drawstrings, delicate embroidery and contrast hood linings are all designed in-house and sourced carefully.
