As the store manager your main responsibilitys are to maximise the sales and profit opportunities for the store and lead/ inspire the staff to ensure that we deliver a consistently excellent level of customer service. You will also be accountable for:
- To ensure the store sales performance is maximised to its full potential and delivered at least in line with agreed targets.
- To ensure store costs are managed within agreed budget levels and that every opportunity is sought to maximise store profitability.
- To consistently act as an ambassador for the brand and ensure that the sales team follow your example.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail and management experience as well as a passion to drive sales, strong leadership skills, be commercially astute and target driven.
