This may take a week before it has been fully removed from all systems.
If you receive unwanted, unsolicited communications sent via Quba Sails permission-based system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to us for review.
Distance Selling Regulations
Customers in the European Union have the right under law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days. This period starts the day after the item is received by you. To cancel your purchase within these 7 working days, please use the return mailing instructions found in our FAQ section of our website or on the letter enclosed with the goods.

Quba Sails Ltd complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act. When placing an order, or requesting to receive a catalogue from us, we will store this data. We do not sell your details to any third parties and we allow you the option to opt out of any of our promotional mailings.
Trades Descriptions Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct. While the colour reproduction on our website and in our catalogue is an extremely close representation, slight variations to the goods actual colour may occur.
Pricing
Prices shown on our website, in our catalogues and at our stores include V.A.T. and are regularly checked for accuracy. Despite our best efforts, occasionally errors may occur where prices are displayed incorrectly. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If however, a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before dispatch. We will only charge your card on the day goods are dispatched.
Items offered in promotional mailings are while stocks last and any prices are specific to that promotion only. Quba Sails Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and withdraw offers without notice.
