Refunds & Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. All other items should be returned  within 30 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

  • We will be happy to refund any item within 30 days of receipt.
  • All refunds will be credited back onto the card that you made payment with.
  • Please include a contact telephone number so that our customer services team can contact you.
  • Refunds can take up to 21 days to show back in your account from date of processing the return.
  • Returning of an item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We recommend that you send items back on a signed for service making sure that you are insured for the value of the items.


EXCHANGES

  • We will be happy to exchange any item within 30 days of receipt.
  • We can only exchange items for a different colour or size in the same style code
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item please send back original item for a refund and re order via the website.
  • Returning of an item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We recommend that you send items back on a signed for service making sure that you are insured for the value of the items.
  • Please include a contact telephone number so that our customer services team can contact you if a replacement is not possible.
  • There is no extra charge for shipping another item out to you.
  • Please allow up to 21 days for the exchange to be processed.
  • Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
  • Please note that any item that you purchase on the website or via telephone should be returned to the address above.  Quba & Co shops will however accept returns from items bought via the website, but your refund will not be processed until the goods have reached the mail order department.


Faulty items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item or find that the item becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase it will need to be sent back to us for inspection. Items will need to be returned with proof of purchase where possible with your full contact details. Items that are sent back because of a fault will be exchanged where possible or refunded for the price paid. If an item is older than six months a gift voucher may be issued up to the value of the price paid. If proof of purchase can not be provided, credit note and exchange values will be processed at the current selling price of the product returned.

Faulty Jackets

We hope your Quba jacket will provide you with many years protection against the elements, but if by chance your jacket becomes faulty within 2 years of purchase, please return the jacket along with your proof of purchase and your contact details to the address below. Following an inspection from our garment technologist, wherever possible, we will try to repair your fault. Where this is not possible and we have available stock, we will replace your jacket. Where a satisfactory replacement can not be found, a refund will be given.  For jackets between 2-3 years old if they can be repaired, we will repair them for a small fee of £55. If proof of purchase can not be provided, credit note and exchange values will not exceed the current selling price of the product returned.

Products we're unable to refund or exchange

We're unable to offer a refund or exchange on underwear or personalised orders unless they're faulty.

Delivery charges

We'll refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when a product is faulty or damaged. If you are returning something because it does not fit or is unsuitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs.

Cancellation of made-to-order products

Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason, it's unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We'll charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
